Refund Policy

3G Retro a venture of IN CENTRE SOLUTIONS provide 7 days warranty on battery / charger of the mobile phones purchased from us from the date of invoice. (Physical damage or water damage will not be cover under warranty) 

To claim your refund, you need to:

1. Share the video of the battery / charger issue at warrenty@3gretro.com
2. Send us your phone number/order number/IMEI Number. Just about any of it at warrenty@3gretro.com

Our team generally resolves an issue within 2 to 4 working day’s from the moment you send us a query. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.

The warranty is not applicable under the following scenarios :

1. We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the 7 days warranty.
2. Any display, keypad, ringer,  mic, antena,  mother board,  all types of connectors, Processor, Mobile phone housing,  Charging mechanism, Network mechanism,  OS - Operating Software related issues are not covered under warranty.
3. Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained.
4. Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press that may initiate discolouring or lining on the display will not be covered under warranty.
5. Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops will not be entertained.
6. Water damage will not be covered under warranty.
7. Tampering with internal hardware will not be covered under warranty.
8. Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs will not be covered under warranty.
9. Software issues unrelated to the repair will not be covered under warranty.
10. Jail-broken devices will not be covered under warranty.
11. Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt
12. If refund of batteries or charger is approved then we will process the refund in 7 working days.
13. We dont provide any kind of return. 

Note: Refund or return is not applicable under any above mentioned scenarios.
